Well first off let me say that Im sorry to read about your dad flipping his truck. You are such a gentleman. I think its great that you would give your coat to a stranger and walk her home, more men should be like you =) I can understand why you'd hesitate to start a relationship, but I started dating my current bf ( whose an ex) while he was over in iraq. There are girls out there that will endure the seperation. I know jumping into the pool is scary as hell, and its easier to think you should be alone, but sometimes you just have to go for it and jump. Give her a call and leave a message. Good luck to you in everything. take care lots of hugs to you on this valentine's day

dude. that was heartbreaking. you deserve love and happiness. everyone does. and just because you're shipping out doesn't mean she doesn't want to get to know you. give each other that chance.

Man, am i glad to see you writing again and it was beautiful. I kinda now what you mean man, i fell in love with a woman in Portugal last week, never seen her before, but i think it's not fair for her to love me so much, because we can't be together now. But she loves me even more then i love her so i couldn't ignore her. We already have been going thru some dark times, but we're "together" again. She great, but i live in Holland so we cant just meet. She is happier now then ever though. She loves and is loved and that gives her strength. And the same counts for me. I never felt stronger in my life. We're always there for eachother.
